The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

Another big'en in Texas is Tom Green County, the one San Angelo, TX is in. It has a 2010 population of over 110,000 and the closest interstate is 1 1/2 hours away.. Ha

At first, I thought Hidalgo County in south Texas would be the winner until I saw Collin County's numbers.
