Confused driving in construction zones

Has anyone experienced confusing road configurations or detours in construction zones? I would be interested to hear some other examples.

Confusing in a construction zone is SOP for IDOT.

This is just somebody using foil tape for temp markings. They apparently didn't know that it's not good for anything other than very short dashes to temporarily mark where the lines should be.
