News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

Presumably, IowaDOT thinks it's more cost effective to replace it with an intersection than to retain the existing interchange.  Would certainly be cheaper...and looking at traffic volumes, there isn't a whole lot of turning traffic here.
