The Old Roads of major US and State route arterials that still exist

Of course city streets of cities that once had US route them (or even major state routes) will always have their historic routes in tack, unless a major intersection is reconfigured or a project that alters alignments since. Anyway here is an intersection that very much still exists in Wilkinsburg, PA at the historic east end of the US 22 & US 30 overlap before the Pittsburgh freeways were built.

In the above link you will see how US 22 split off to the left up the hill while US 30 split off to the right which is now part of PA 8, anyway typical of what you see now in many areas of routes in concurrency splitting.

I know this thread kind of is different from my OP (as I was the author here) however, rather than start a thread just for this intersection alone, I thought that this would fall under this particular topic as it is indeed part of an old US and State route arterial.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.
