I haven't been there, but I doubt it.

But it would be interesting to note that mountain bikes aren't an uncommon sight.  I'm not sure how legit that is though, the NPS usually frowns on using bikes on trails.  I sent most of my 4 hours on the island last time running trails to get as much in as I could in that short window.
