Website update - highway resources

I've been working on an addition to my website, something that has been lacking. I've added links to the Caltrans Bridge Log and other Southern California county public works agencies which also maintain publicly available road logs. I'd like some feedback on the page if possible. If there is something I should add, let me know. I'd be happy to add what I can.
