I want to try US20
I-90, 95, 495, 395, 84,
291, 91, 787, 87, 88,
81, 390, 79, 80, 75,
475, 94, 294, 55, 290,
355, 39, 380, 35, 29,
129, 25, 15, 84, 5.
Count:  Only 30.

And US6:
I-195, 95, 295, 395, 384,
84, (291?) 91, 684, 87, 81,
476, 79, 271, 90, 75,
94, 294, 57, 355, 80,
55, 39, 180, 280, 74,
380, 235, 35, 29, 480,
680, 76, 270, 70, 25,
15.
That's a strong contender at 36 (37?).

I forgot I-129 for US 20. US 6 just misses crossing I-291 by about 1/4 mi or so. US 6 also crosses I-65 (while triplexed with I-80/94), I-69, and a second I-180.  US 20 crosses I-69, the north end of I-65 (while duplexed with US 12), and I-184 (at 184's east end while duplexed with US 26)
Edited my previous post.  What other I-180 crosses US6 other than the one in Illinois?

Nebraska I-180 (in Lincoln)
Interstates I've clinched: 97, 290 (MA), 291 (CT), 291 (MA), 293, 295 (DE-NJ-PA), 295 (RI-MA), 384, 391, 395 (CT-MA), 395 (MD), 495 (DE), 610 (LA), 684, 691, 695 (MD), 695 (NY), 795 (MD)

By the way, when OP says, cross, does he mean at an interchange or do overpasses count as well?

Here are a few in my area:

I-12: 4

I-20: 57!
US 285, US 385, US 87, US 84, US 83, US 277, US 283, US 183, US 281, US 180, US 377, US 287, US 67, US 175, US 69, US 271, US 259, US 59, US 80, US 79, US 171, US 71, US 371, US 63, US 167, US 165, US 425, US 65, US 61, US 49, US 51, US 11, US 45, US 43, US 82, US 78, US 31, US 280, US 411, US 231, US 431, US 27, (US 29 & US 41 pass beneath) US 23, US 278, US 441, US 221, US 25, US 1, US 178, US 378, US 176, US 321, US 21, US 601, US 521, US 15, US 401

As long as they touch, whether that is an intersection, exit, or overpass.
