If this article from the Pittsburgh Post- Gazette is correct we should see the 2016 TIGER awards announced this Friday.

Looks like $19 million to build a deck over I-579 in Pittsburgh is one of them.  This will connect the Hill District to Downtown.

And they were

Many are rail and non-road related - many road projects are complete streets, grade separations etc.  Guam and the Virgin Islands receive grants.

Specific larger road related in addition to the deck over Crosstown (579) in Pittsburgh is $10 million for an I-25 project in Colorado (Ft. Collins/Loveland area).   Conversion of CT 34 from a freeway in New Haven, improvements to US 169 in Scott County, MN, funds to complete a 16 mile section of the Foothills Parkway in TN

5 of the awards (including the Guam and Virgin Island grants) are for port projects.  Another award, technically a rail/road grade separation, would also directly benefit a port (and was submitted by that city's port authority).

The US 169 project mentioned will build an interchange at US 169/MN 41.
