SLOCOG puts 1/2 sales tax increase on ballot for San Luis Obispo County.

I heard that the San Luis Obispo Council of Governments wants to put a 1/2 sales tax increase on the ballot for roads, highways, bike trails, etc. for San Luis Obispo County, with the next step going from the government to the voters in my county.
