The Bristol Interchange is the interchange being constructed in Bristol Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania at the crossing of I-95 and I-276. This is the interchange that will eliminate I-95's New Jersey gap. It will put I-95 on the easternmost few miles of the mainline Pennsylvania Turnpike. I drove past the construction site and took some photos.

From the land of red, white, yellow and black.

Yeah, doesn't look too different from when I went through on the way to Corridor H back in May.

is the gap even close to being filled?  I heard the first phase would close it, but when will it be open to traffic?

2018ish-kinda-sorta I think. When you're dealing with construction crews on this project that seemingly take their lunch from 12noon to December, they're in no rush to get it done.

Sometime between 2017 and 2018. When the two ramps (West-to-South and North-to-East) are complete, I-95 will be officially complete.
