Bill to make Oklahoma Tpk wave tolls for non-emergency ambulance & fire & police

When I first read this, I misread it and thought it was to exempt tolls for emergency usage, which makes sense.

But this would, if passed, give exemption for non-emergency usage including police traveling in private vehicles.
