News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

I saw these all over South Jersey, but never anywhere else. Do you know what it is for? I have no clue:

My guess is that it's a sewer vent pipe.
