Never seen this in Washington before. An all-red traffic light housing (in Ritzville, in eastern Washington). It's an overhead flasher, displaying a flashing yellow for 1st Ave, and a flashing red for Division Street:

Crouse-hinds Art-deco signals there as well!
It's all fun & games until someone summons Cthulhu and brings about the end of the world.

I also collect traffic lights, road signs, fans, and railroad crossing equipment.

Crouse-hinds was a signal brand (up until the 1980s), and Art-deco refers to their models (Type D and Type DT, which are near indistinguishable without looking at the internals) from the 30s to the 50s. They have fins like what those signals have and are 8 inch. There's also the Type H which is a 12 inch Art-deco section that was actually produced into the 60s, IIRC.

I see. Very cool! Almost certainly one of the oldest signals in the state. Washington isn't known for keeping old signals up.
