It's that time of the year again, where I pop down to D.C. to attend the pre-TRBAM TransportationCamp.  As such, a few of us are gathering together for the usual impromptu beforehand dinner on Friday night.  If any of the rest of you are in the area and interested in joining said dinner, just let me know here.
