Kind of a moot point now, given the first recommendation (pg 23):

- "Do not pursue constructing an Interstate in Southwest Georgia."

wow, a study whose first finding I would agree with!!!

SW Georgia is supported just fine by the current infrastructure; sure some small tweaks are needed but that is to be expected.
