Does this intersection style have a name?

US 89

I've heard of it for T intersections like the US 550/160 intersection in Durango, Colorado but don't think I've ever seen one at a 4-way intersection.

Looking at this CFI...I'm wondering if I've ever seen a "quarter" of one before.  I've seen plenty of "half" versions, but dunno about only 1 leg getting displaced.  Know of others?

Though it's a 3-way intersection instead of a 4-way, MD 210 at MD 228 sort of applies.  It dates back to at least 2002.

Maryland has another one where the ICC ends at US 1.

True, but I found the original interesting because it's got the "normal" configuration of lefts across from the displaced lefts.
