During 2016 I took CA 200 east from US 101 to CA 299.  At the time I didn't think much of CA 200 given that it is only 3 miles and essentially serves as a connector route north of the Mad River.  What is now CA 200 was added to the State Highway System during 1933 when North Bank Road was adopted as part of Legislative Route 85.  During the 1964 Highway Renumbering Legislative Route 85 was assigned CA 200.  CA 200/LRN 85 essentially are among the least changed State Highways to have existed in California:
