Revive 755

All classes appear consecutively on James River Freeway, but not necessarily in order of class: US 160 -> MO 413 -> Supplemental/County MM -> I-44.

Except the MO 413 interchange is shared with US 60

Otherwise there could be another 4 on I-57:  I-55, Route B, MO 105 (shared with BL 57), US 60/US 62 (shared with MO 77 and BL 57).

In terms of signage, there's a possibility on I-275: KY 212, Mineola Pike, I-71/75, and US 25/42/127. However, Mineola Pike has a 3000-series state route designation that's not included on the signage.

If you want to cross state lines, you have TO KY 8 (formerly KY 8, now a four-digit route), US 50, Kilby Road, and I-74 on I-275.
Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

The two Minneapolis examples cheat to varying degrees, and both are on I-694

I-94 comes close...if not for that second CR exit...

244: US-10/61
245: CR-65 (White Bear Ave)
246A: Ruth St (local control)
246B/C: CR-68 (McKnight Rd)
247: MN-120
249: I-494/694

Along I-90 in MA:

Exit 4: I-91/US 5 (originally, this interchange connected to just US 5)

Exit 5: MA 33

Exit 6: I-291/US 20

Further east:

Exit 10: I-290/395/MA 12

Exit 10A: US 20/MA 146

Exit 11: MA 122

Along I-95 in southern MA:

Exit 1: US 1 (partial interchange)

Exit 2: MA 1A (RI used to sign its stretch just south of the interchange as US 1A)

Exit 3: MA 123

Exit 4: I-295

MA-25:
1:  I-195
2 (3):  includes MA-28
3 (10):  US-6

I-90 New York:

Exit 35 NY 298
Exit 36 I-81
Exit 37 Electronics Pkwy
(CR 148, but not signed as such)
Exit 38 CR 57

Exit 52A William St
(CR 207, but not signed as such)
Exit 53 I-190
Exit 54 NY 400, NY 16
Exit 55 US 219

Both good ones!
I'm going to add a stretch of I-86:

Exit 32 CR 2
Exit 33 TO NY 21
Exit 34 NY 36
Exit 35 Howard (no route)
Exit 36 I-390

So that's five, but I added two questionable categories: TO a route, and NO ROUTE.
But I also didn't even use a US route, which is something not many others have done.
Is that legit?  :-P

Exit 33 is actually for a state reference route, so it does connect to a state highway, just not the one signed with the TO banner.  Exit 35 is for a county route, though that's not signed from the guide signs, but Steuben County does sign its county routes.
