I'm thinking:
* this site must already have been mentioned in our forum (but a search turned up no hits)
* the site author, "Steve", must already be a member here (maybe he is)

The site goes into detail, with historic maps and plans, about freeways in various cities (Dayton, Cincinnati, Detroit, LA, Memphis, etc.)
My first SF/horror short story collection is available: "Young Man, Open Your Winter Eye"

Max Rockatansky

Nobody I know nor a site I've heard of.  It probably has to be someone in the road community given how much stuff was on there after just two years.

Steve Summers? (NW Indiana highways site back in the heyday of MTR, had collected abandoned roadplans IIRC)
Please, don't sue Alex & Andy over what I wrote above

I've never seen it, but I'm glad it's here. There has to be more details. So much more in the New York Tri-State area besides the Lower Manhattan and Mid-Manhattan Expressways.
