What happened to the Rand McNally iOS app?

The Rand McNally road atlas stopped being updated several years ago and it is no longer available to even download on iOS. What happened?

I can't even get the version I already had to open on my work iPad.

There was also an atlas available as an e-book a few years ago, but that's not even offered anymore.
Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.
