The left lane of I-93 southbound from Medford to the Zakim Bridge, which had been open to general traffic since the start of the US 1 Chelsea Curves project, will revert to 2+HOV only starting Monday November 23rd.

Who would require it? Would they say that two spouses, or parent and child, that live with each other 24 hours a day suddenly have to wear masks if they're in a car together?
