The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

Here's a little gift. The link contains a 1977 Arkansas control section book and a 1978 Oklahoma control section book. These books contain maps of the state highway system for all 75 and 77 counties respectively, showing the route number, section number, and mileage for each section.
