Any news on the replacement viaducts for the Waxahachie US77 Viaduct?

I was in Waxahachie today looks like they are getting ready flip the traffic pattern on the future southbound Monroe St. Viaduct so they can demolish the 1930s 2 lane Viaduct on Elm St. The new bridge looks complete and I saw construction trucks on it as I went under the bridges due to the detour for eastbound FM66. I cannot find anything on this project's progress.

I get press releases from TxDOT (occasionally) and haven't seen any mention of it. I imagine there is a lot of approach work that has to be done first.
