What Ohio State wants to move 315

The vague statement from Ohio State's Board of Trustees today, 'ODOT, could you move 315 away from the Olentangy River to along the RR tracks by 2060?'
Not sure if OSU is asking to move 315 between Lane Ave and I-670 or from Ackerman Rd to I-270. Either way Ohio State would be displacing alot of people not directly tied in to OSU and flexing their muscle within the state bureaucracy (again).
