How exit-ramps were made in the late 90s. There were medians used. But nowadays, the medians are not there (unless the interchange is slightly busier).

Forgot to mention, there's one in Kenly too.

Also, I've seen off ramps in Texas, Missouri, and Utah have only one stop sign that's on the right.

There should be at least two (or three if there's a median) stop signs on both sides on the exit ramp.
