The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

For anyone interested: one ticket for sale for the Billy Idol/Joan Jett concert at Chastain Park Amphitheater in Atlanta, Ga. on Sunday, Aug. 29. (That's this coming Sunday). Look on eBay for item number 120612559055.
Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.
