One City Two Roads Two Different Scenes

I remember driving US 92 through Plant City, FL and seeing what a nice small city with a residential area and quaint downtown it has. Years later I discovered another version of the city driving FL 39 through it. Apparently it has the modern shopping centers along it to the south of the Downtown.

Another two cities that I found to be similar is Cheraw, SC and Rockingham, NC for US 1. Both cities seem small town when you surpass them on that particular route, but drive SC 9 on the former or US 74 Business on the latter and see a modern version of the same cities.

Clermont, FL was the same. For US 27 it was a brief flyby as the roadway scathed the city limits with no stoplights even, but FL 50 drives by all its businesses and has multiple stoplights along its visit. Now unfortunately Lake County development made US 27 loaded with homes, stores, and restaurants and multiple stop lights.

Hutchinson, KS on US 50 bypasses the city altogether. You wonder why it's listed as a control city as you see nothing of the city at all. Yet K-61 you see a Walmart, strip malls, a hospital, and even brand name restaurants and hotels.

Any others where one road has a different character than the other surpassing the same place?
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

Green Bay. I-41 makes it feel like a city 5+ times its size, while I-43 mostly feels like the backwoods.

Also Fond du Lac, US-151 feels like it's out in the middle of nowhere while I-41 passes by the busier areas, even though they're roughly the same distance from the city center.

Cincinnati: I-74 looks almost rural, 2 lanes each direction with a grassy median not that far west from its end at I-75. I-71 and I-75 have more noticeable suburban sprawl scenes.
