News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

Well, that shortens that gap. Much needed. Now if they could only get the one north of Lodi that I was stuck in for a while last week because I-5 was closed...

As far as the oleanders, current policy is to not replant them because they're invasive. In recent-ish years, there have been cases of them establishing outside of highway ROWs.

It would be nice if they were replaced with a native plant or shrub then.

There is hardly anything native growing in this valley anymore with all the big ag operators.
