I-65 SB traffic stopped due to a semi hanging off the Kennedy Bridge

See the web link above.  A semi trailer truck is hanging off the Kennedy Bridge on I-65 near the Ohio River, but I think the driver got out ok.  Traffic has been stopped for at least 2 hour, from what I have read.

They got two lanes back open on I-65, but the ramp to I-64 east/I-71 is still closed. KYTC sent inspectors out to check the damage.
