No official signage, just "decorative" banners in the median that commemortate historic US-41 on the south side of Milwaukee.

It would had been nice to see some other decorative banners for US-16 and US-141 in Milwaukee.

Ditto the Yellowstone Trail ( http://www.yellowstonetrail.org/ - It is marked in a couple of south-shore suburbs.  Maps at: http://www.yellowstonetrail.org/id66.htm ).  It used Fond du Lac Ave, 12th St, Wisconsin Ave, 1st St and mainly, although at various times it followed a couple of different routings in this area, Kinnikkinnik Ave through the city.

So that map pretty much answers the question why there once was a WI-62 so close to WI-32.

US-16 actually took two routes through the city...one essentially was the route of WI-190 along Capitol Drive, and the second was a duplex with US-18 down Bluemound Road...US-16 followed Bluemound around the north side Waukesha while US-18 headed into town.

US-141 also took a couple of different routes.  WI-32 and Port Washington Road.
