In this case, the Epic Center is the building which basically houses the Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoo. There's two performance spaces, a restaurant, and offices for cultural organizations.

Eh-eh-eh, the MUTCD has finally standardized them, in theory. Don't expect cities to use the prescribed signing, though.
