Measure R projects for Los Angeles county

In Hawthorne ca, there are some measure R projects, like upgrading sidewalks along Rosecrans, upgrading traffic signals with countdown ped signals and widening the 405 freeway off ramp at Rosecrans Ave. I am looking forward to seeing Hawthorne blvd traffic signals being upgrade because some intersections need a left turn traffic signals like Rosecrans Ave and Hawthorne Blvd needs protected only left turn traffic signals instead of the five light programmable Len traffic signals or even flashing yellow arrow signals.
