65 MPH on Skelly Drive?

I saw a SPEED LIMIT 60 sign today and I noticed that the 60 was a patch.  Are they planning on signing I-44 at 65 MPH when the new section is completed?  Most other urban freeways in Tulsa are 65.  The new section is 6 lanes and I see no reason it shouldn't be signed at 65.
