New pony truss?

Does this count as a pony truss? Built 2010 or 2011, carries Dinky Line Trail over Lake Estelle.

NE2, these pony truses are fairly normal for walkway bridges, a few around me are like that, and a small lake near me has a pontoon walkway.

There's also an arch-style as well. A lot of bridge enthusiasts call them MOB's (mail order bridges)
