Collapse with Sasago Tunnel in Central Japan

This is about some sort of a tunnel collapse with the Sasago Tunnel in central Japan. Apparently, a part of the tunnel collapsed and it mentioned a fire as well.

It's not a structural collapse (it's not a cave-in) but circa 100 concrete ceiling tiles came down.

It's part of the Chuo Expressway, one of two (in the future three) expressways between Tokyo and Nagoya.
