New TxDOT visualization of IH 35W shows huge interchange at SH 121

I didn't realize the interchange at SH 121 Airport Freeway would be so impressive. As the video caption notes, the project is not fully funded. I know all the untolled main lanes are not funded, but I don't know if all the ramps are funded. I'm sure the connections to the toll lanes will be built.
