Charleston WV road meet one-week RSVP notice

Today is one week from the RSVP date for the Charleston, WV road meet planned for Saturday, June 13 at noon EDT.

If you plan to attend the meet, please RSVP via the e-mail address found at http://www.millenniumhwy.net/WV_meet.html by Wednesday, June 10, so I can have an accurate count of attendees and so I can communicate with attendees about issues that may come up surrounding the meet. If I have e-mail addresses of attendees, I can send and receive cell phone numbers for last-minute communications if necessary.
