Finally i can't register. Because it says like your not allowed to register. It always happens when i try to register 3 times or something. Is this where I not live in US?

We've been having spam problems from your IP range.  However, I tweaked it some so you should be able to register now.

Finally, you just tweaked my IP range. And i can't register again, this is completely how i need to wait. But sorry for double topic because i need to register to post some good information, updating my profile and all features.
