I took a picture of this in March...

I think it was still there in August. I like how the new OK 3 shield shielded the old one from the effects of the weather that degraded the US 75 shield.

I've seen shields that big at roundabouts in VA, but not reassurance signs. That's absolutely crazy!

Also makes me think the contractor(s) were responsible for the new signs and just "winged it", like what most non-DOT contractors do. (i.e., "wrong sizes, but close enough".

One of the many Fresno sourced California State Route shields which can be found in downtown Fresno.  This one was on westbound Fresno Street (former CA 41 and CA 180) approaching Broadway Plaza (former US 99).
