I believe there's one on the Foothill Freeway that reads:

Monrovia   1
Arcadia      4
Pasadena  9

it's just west of the San Gabriel River Freeway.

I think also at the Santa Monica Blvd exit off the San Diego Freeway, there is a

Century City ---> 2
Beverly Hills ---> 3

sign. Will track down GSV photos when I get the chance.

I can probably get better, but don't really have the time right now.

Hopefully you aren't too firmly wedded to the "three destinations" thing. In Oklahoma, conventional roads usually only have two-destination mileage signs.

First sign southbound on OK-24:
Quote
WASHINGTON 1
SH-39 JCT 5

Here's a sorta odd one...

PIEDMONT 4
END OF ROUTE 4

I've seen one recently somewhere in Virginia that's a 1/2/3.  Can't for the life of me recall where I saw it, though.

I WANT METRIC!!! :verymad: :verymad: :verymad:

Said that, I remember some signs that said 109 yards or sth like that (Exactly 100 meters, though)
Supporter of the construction of several running gags, including I-366 with a speed limit of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Hypotenuse.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

One time there was a sign on US 40 EB (hey it still might be there today) just east of DE 7 that had single digits for both "Wilmington" and "New Jersey" being the same exact distance away.  I am sorry I do not remember the mileage though.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

This is only two control cities, but on NY 25A at the southern terminus of NY 101, there is the following sign:

Port Washington 2
Sands Point 3

An exit ramp from US-61 in northern Scott County, IA:

<-- Long Grove   1
Park View            1 -->
Scott Co Park      2-->
Davenport, IA -> Valparaiso, IN -> Ames, IA -> Orlando, FL -> Gainesville, FL -> Evansville, IN

plenty of next-3-exits signs have the longest be under 3.

as for actual destinations, not just upcoming exits, try old forest service guide signs.  I've seen 1/10, 1, 1.

I've seen 1 mile in many locations, but nothing less than that.

Here may be the winner for Virginia though it is no longer there.  Michael Summa found this in 1996:
