I-49 exit numbers in Arkansas (AHTD)

I'm looking at a map of the proposed exit numbers of Future I-49 from I-30 to I-40.  Here are some observations/questions:

Are there really only going to be two exits in Sevier County?  It shows Exit 84 (US 59-70-71-371 east of DeQueen) and Exit 93 (Gilham).  There are no exits for Lockesburg or Ben Lomond or any of the other roads in the county.  The next exit south of Exit 84 is Exit 60 down in Little River County.

No exits for Hatfield or Cove?  I thought AR 246 or AR 4 would surely be extended to the new I-49.  The new highway is not going to help a large part of the county.

How will Exit 132 be set up?  Will US 71-270 be routed to run along CR 70 to the I-49 exit?  I'm assuming that 71-270 will be triplexed (but probably not signed) along 49 through Foran Gap.

Will there be a new state highway between Exit 121 and US 59-71?  Will it be US 71S or will it get a new number?

Will AR 88 be reconfigured to be the through route at the Oklahoma Y junction just east of Mena where 88 meets US 59-71?  It would make sense for 71-59 southbound to go straight and T into 88 at a stoplight instead of continuing through the Y, a place where many bad accidents have happened.

When the Mena bypass is built first, will it run from Exit 121 to Exit 132 or just from 121 to 126?  This would require some backtracking onto EB AR 88.

That stretch of I-49 with no exits marked caught my eye as well. I would hazard a guess that the locations for exits along that stretch may still be up in the air. It is early enough in the design process that they may not have nailed down exactly where they want exits there, and only included junctions with major highways that are certain to get interchanges.
