News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

I read that the I-70 bridge over the Monongahela River was originally PA 71.  Was the entire I-70 expressway through Speers and North Belle Vernon built as PA 71?  I notice the ramps don't appear to be anywhere near I-standard.
