During one my browsing sessions of Google Maps today I stumbled on Pierre, SD and realized there were no high resolution Street View images of the area. Is Pierre the only capital without recent images?  I was also wondering why the heck US 83, from I-90 to the capital, is a four-lane...  Anyone have a good answer to this?
