News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

ROW in most of Missouri is pretty cheap once you get away from the urban centers of KC, STL, Columbia, and Springfield. Most of the ROW in the suburbs, like this is, were acquired back in the 60s and 70s. The main problems in MO for building roads are money and (to a lesser extent) NIMBYs.
