The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

I came across an article about a couple of Vermont engineering students who are developing technology that can better identify trouble spots and data to be used in road construction.
