Parks / National Parks as controls?

Grand Canyon on I-40 in Flagstaff, AZ
Petrified Forest National Park on I-40 in AZ
Chiricahua National Monument on I-10 in AZ
Yellowstone National Park on I-90 in MT
Mt. Rushmore on I-90 in SD

These are all exits. The question was regarding control cities on freeways.

I thought about putting in the first one though, since US 180 (the north end of I-17) north of I-40 is technically a freeway for about a half mile. That may count.

Is that for the park or the bridge? I guess it's more of a region in that area.
Seems like there are other control cities they could have used. West Point?

I believe Kings Mountain is used as a control in northern SC (for both the state parks and national battlefield).
