I actually have an I-X which would be cruel and an I-Z which isn't published to the internet yet, so...

Paoli -> Ida

"You know, you never have a guaranteed spot until you have a spot guaranteed."
—Olaf Kolzig, as quoted in the Washington Times on March 28, 2003,
commenting on the Capitals clinching a playoff spot.

"That sounded stupid, didn't it?"
—Kolzig, to the same reporter a few seconds later.

Taunton -> Nace

SR 640 Botetourt County

SignGeek101

Nace → Ear Falls

This sign is actually erroneous. It uses a secondary shield for a primary highway.

Shakopee -> Epping (or Exeter, I suppose)

SignGeek101

Epping → Grand Valley

This sign has a unique substandard shield which I actually prefer over the standard one.

Yarmouth → Havre de Grace

This is one of only two highway pictures that include shields I have from the US. It was taken by accident before I was a sign geek. This sign has since been replaced.

I have also added the text that is blocked (notice the county shield is missing next to the name) on the LGS.

Yantic ---> either Covington or Clifton Forge, take your pick. (Picture taken while we were playing the Cascades Course at the Homestead in Hot Springs, Virginia.)
