The information on Wikipedia is missing a bunch of routes, but what's there shows US 19 beating out US 33 by one mile. No mileage for US 119 or US 219, though, and I suspect one or both of them could be in the running.
Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

In Michigan, it's US-23 at just a skosh over 362 miles.  (US-31 places second at just over 356.5 miles.)

I'm guessing US 1 is the longest US Route in Connecticut, so here's one near Stony Creek:

TM's data has US 1 at just under 2 miles longer than US 6 in CT.

For anyone unsure what's longest, a system-specific and region-specific page TM page like the following can get you this information:

http://travelmapping.net/user/system.php?units=miles&u=terescoj&sys=usaus&rg=CT

Change the URL to another state or select a different state in the dropdown at the top.

I know it's a day later, but this seems appropriate for an ongoing challenge until we get them all.

By my count, we're missing:

Nevada
Wyoming
North Dakota
South Dakota
Texas
Nebraska
Mississippi
Michigan
Arkansas (both pictures posted weren't the longest, which is US 62)
West Virginia
Maryland
Delaware
Connecticut
Rhode Island
New Hampshire

I can pick up a couple more:

US16 in Wyoming

US3 in New Hampshire

146 US3 by Paul Drives, on Flickr

US19 in West Virginia

Now we are down to:
Nevada
Texas
Nebraska
Arkansas (should be US 62)
Maryland
Delaware
Rhode Island

I'll take us to Columbus, Nebraska, for that state's winner: US 30.  Eclipse Day, 2017.

Sorry to post twice in a row, but I have a minute to take care of a few more.

Nevada's longest is US 95.  Here it is on its concurrency with US 50 in Fallon.  November 16, 2007.

US 83 travels over 900 miles in Texas.  Here it is right near its southern end in Brownsville.  November 5, 2017.

US 83 is long even for Texas.  It's not as hard to be the longest in Delaware.  US 13 claims that at just over 100 miles.  Taken March 13, 2001.

Travel Mapping lists US 119, not US 19, as West Virginia's longest route (261 vs. 241).

So here's US 119, with a bonus "CR 10" error.

Arkansas' winner is US 63.

We're down to just Maryland and Rhode Island, so I'll go ahead and start a new challenge, and anyone who has the last two can post them at their leisure.

Might as well wrap up the US highways mini game.

Here's Rhode Island and US 1.  Taken in Providence, April 23, 2005.

And here's Maryland's winner, US 40, where it crosses I-81.  December 26, 2010.

One for the loooong weekend - November 22, 2018: Post Thanksgiving-related signage. (Thanksgiving dinner, family arguments, football...) Since leftovers are typical this time of year, make it tomorrow's challenge, too.

Some Lincoln Highway markers, on completely different alignments:

SR 60 westbound near Ogden, between US 89 and SR 168. This was the original alignment of the Lincoln Highway, though I don't think it ever carried a US route designation. There are signs like this posted all along the original Lincoln alignment north of Salt Lake City (including parts of US 89, SR 106, SR 273, SR 126, SR 26, and SR 60).

Taken from eastbound 2100 South in Salt Lake City. 2100 South has carried at various times the US 40 and Alternate US 40 designations, as well as the unsigned legislative designations SR-4 and SR-201. But since 1969, it has been a city-maintained road with no route number designations.
