A weird yellow speed limit sign in Morgan, UT

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe the “uphill traffic does not stop” sign should be yellow since it’s a warning sign, like the similar “cross traffic does not stop” sign. Taken on UT 224 in Park City:

Just a quick reminder to everybody here.  While we don't have a hard rule on the site per say that limits image 'file size', I've been noticing as of late that several people have been posting images well over 4MB in size in this thread.  That's a killer if people are loading the page on mobile data (or have caps).  Most of those images have been well over the '800x600' rule, even though you have the forum 'auto' resize them.  Remember, it's still loading the full size image in the background.  We've been pretty lax on the '800x600' rule to be honest (not just in this thread) because most have the forum resize the images to the limit, but please also keep in mind the 'overall file size' of the images as well people.  Not everybody is on FiOS, or fiber internet.  There are people out there that are still on DSL (I'm one of them) and if there's like 20x 3-4MB+ images in a thread on one page, it can be a killer, so please keep that in mind and maybe take a couple of extra seconds and do a quick resize of your images before uploading them & posting them. :)

I don't want to have to go around editing 5000 posts a day. HAHAH. :) :spin:  I prefer to just hide in the background and make sure the forum is working instead and not use the purple.

What's not allowed:

  • Photos and images posted in forum threads should not exceed 800 pixels in width or 600 pixels in height. Everyone is not using the same monitor. To reference larger images, just add a link from the 800x600 sized image to the larger file in question.

Hard to believe that it's been ten years and people still can't do better than the limits of that rule. This isn't an indictment of users here, by the way, but rather one of Internet service providers.

In any event, I appreciate it if people post links to the original full size images, if the embedded image is resized. Flickr in particular makes this super simple. I say this because if I save an image, I prefer to download the original, full-resolution version.
