I'll put in a few more from New York before the challenge is up.

I don't have a good picture of this, but here's one from HB Elkins in 2009.  All 3 of these destinations are out of state as VA 127 leaves US 522 in the northwest corner of the Commonwealth.

Hwy 127 does not go to the last 2 places.  Romney is on WV 29 to US 50.  Cumberland is on WV 29 to WV 9 to MD 51.

I think this one would be pretty easy to answer with all the out-of-state control cities on interstates.

Having said there, here a couple from Virginia.

And yet I got, like, only three of those out of the several submissions to the challenge

The Challenge was for distance signs, so I suppose that would narrow the field considerably (as, for example, your third photo wouldn't qualify).

I don't have one of my hometown, but I do have this one that I just went out to take (lol I need a real job...) for my current residence: Exit 7A off I-235

Edit: Since the challenge doesn't prohibit it, I guess I could use a GSV screenshot for my hometown exit:

I am about a straight line distance of a little less than 3 miles from this sign. Astonishingly, in the hundreds of times I've been through this interchange, I have somehow not taken a photo of the sign even once! This photo is by the esteemed Doug Kerr.

EDIT: I actually found a photo I took of this exit; it surprised me how hard it was to find. Here it is:

For current, it's about a tie between:
Off I-95

and off I-476

For former, off I-95 prior to 1988:

Note: I did not have much success in finding a clearer pic. & the BGS' and gantry (the latter being the original 1972 vintage) have since been replaced.

The original BGS' at this gantry included a 95 NORTH Salisbury NH-Maine pull-through and the MA 114 BGS' originally had no exit tabs (added circa 1987) & erroneous even when new SOUTH/NORTH cardinals (corrected circa 1974).

Off I-95 since 1988:

Exit 191 off of I-95 in Orono, ME is the closest exit to where I'm currently living up at school. It's about a 3 mile distance by driving, but 2 miles as the crow flies. Oddly, I don't have a photo from the exit itself, but rather from a mile before it (Google Street View of the exit itself).

Exit 3 off of I-476 near Swarthmore, PA is the closest exit to my original home. About a 2 mile driving distance, and 1 1/2 miles as the crow flies.

There's a sign on I-10 just inside the Texas border that lists distances to three Louisiana cities. It's 3.5 hours from my current location so I can't get a picture of it at the moment.
